WHAT DOES IT DO?

Primarily designed for the cooling of milk in milking sheds , KwikKold is a thermal energy storage centre that stores latent heat energy as ice and hot water in insulated tanks. This energy is produced by off peak power, which is converted into ice and hot water. The process uses equipment well proven in the industry, for instantly chilling milk to as low as 4 degrees Celsius by circulating the water from the ice tank through the dairy plate cooler.
